Notice of Workshop

Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation in the activities of FBN Japan.

You are probably familiar with the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) adopted at the UN Millennium Summit in 2000 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted at the Sustainable Development Summit in 2015 as the next development of the MDGs.

As an organization, FBN has declared the “Four Pledges” so that family businesses can be integrated into a society that aims for sustainability. And the Polaris Project is also underway to collect and analyze examples of “sustainable business practices” from around the world, and to share these examples to promote their use by other companies.

Today, SDG initiatives are becoming increasingly important for improving the value of your business and formulating business strategies. Mr. Kazuo Suzuki, President of KAZ Consulting, who has been giving lectures on the SDGs and providing guidance on their implementation for many years, will talk about how to tackle the SDGs. We look forward to your participation.
