2020 Activity Report【Vol.5】Online Workshop No.3.(Co-organized with Research Institute for the Centennial Management)
For the third session of the online seminar, we had Mr. Zengoro Houshi, the 46th generation head of Houshi, the world’s oldest inn, which has been in business for 1302 years in Awazu Onsen, Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
Mr. Hoshi spoke about the reasons why the inn has been in business for 46 generations, and about the ideas and management philosophies that he cherishes on a daily basis.
